Basic terms for using the JRNP Rentals website and submitting direct-booking requests.
Submitting a request does not guarantee availability. A reservation is confirmed only after JRNP approves it in writing and the required payment is completed under the confirmation instructions.
For most approved direct bookings more than 7 days before check-in, 50% of the stay total is due to hold the dates and the remaining balance is due 7 days before check-in. If check-in is within 7 days, the full amount may be due at approval. Your written confirmation controls if it states different property-specific or promotional terms.
JRNP may request a card authorization hold separate from rent: $1,000 for Stylish & Perfect for Families, $1,000 for Modern All-En-Suite Home, $1,500 for Weiss Lake House with Private Dock, $500 for Detached Studio Guesthouse, and $500 for Palm Haven Pool House. An authorization hold is not treated as rent. Capture, release, or adjustment is handled under the written reservation terms, documented property condition, applicable law, and card-network timing.
Nightly rates can vary by date. The booking flow shows the current nightly amount, cleaning fee, applicable taxes, and stay total before payment is requested. Third-party platform pricing may differ from JRNP direct-booking pricing.
Guests agree to occupancy limits, no-smoking and no-party rules, property-specific safety requirements, and all rules shown on the selected property page or written confirmation. Pets are not allowed unless JRNP expressly approves an exception in writing.
Cancellation and date-change requests are governed by the JRNP Cancellation Policy and any property-specific terms in the written confirmation. A reservation is not cancelled or changed until JRNP confirms it in writing.
Guests are responsible for damage, unauthorized occupancy, smoking, prohibited events, or other chargeable violations to the extent allowed by the written reservation terms and applicable law. JRNP documents and reviews any proposed charge before capture or collection when required.
Rates, availability, amenities, and policies may change before a reservation is confirmed. JRNP will confirm final booking details in writing. If a page conflicts with the written reservation confirmation, the written confirmation controls for that stay.
