How JRNP Rentals collects, uses, protects, and shares information when you browse our site, request a stay, communicate with us, or use guest services.
We collect information you submit for booking requests and guest support, including names, contact details, stay dates, guest count, address information when requested, messages, and optional guest-profile information or uploaded verification material. When an authorized booking-platform integration is enabled, JRNP may also retrieve reservation-linked host reviews or reputation records associated with an exact external reservation identifier.
JRNP uses guest information to review and manage booking requests, provide quotes and stay support, prevent fraud or misuse, administer reservations, maintain required business records, and improve the direct-booking experience. Reservation-linked platform reviews are used as informational context for human review; JRNP does not use name-only profile matching or make an automated booking decision from a platform-review lookup.
When payment features are enabled, card and payment information is handled by the payment processor, such as Stripe, rather than stored as full card numbers in the JRNP website database. JRNP may use hosting, database, email, analytics, and other service providers that process information only as needed to provide their services.
JRNP uses website analytics, including Google Analytics, to understand page visits and booking-funnel activity. Analytics may use cookies or similar browser technologies. JRNP's funnel tracking is designed not to send guest names, email addresses, or phone numbers as analytics event values.
JRNP does not sell guest personal information. Information may be shared with service providers, co-hosts, contractors, payment processors, or authorities when reasonably necessary to operate a stay, complete a requested transaction, protect guests or property, comply with law, or resolve a dispute.
Information is retained for as long as reasonably necessary for reservations, support, accounting, security, dispute handling, and legal obligations. You may contact JRNP to request access, correction, or deletion of personal information; some records may need to be retained where required for legitimate business or legal purposes.
